Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Aspect is run by an independent developer. This policy explains what the website and the Aspect bot handle. Contact: ivan.mix.2026@gmail.com.

1. The website

When you sign in, Discord sends us your Discord user ID, display name, avatar, and the list of servers where you are the owner or have Manage Server or Administrator permission. We ask Discord only for the identify and guilds permissions. We use this to show you your servers and to check that you may view them.

2. Sessions

Your browser gets a random session cookie (Secure, HttpOnly). Cloudflare Workers KV stores your name, ID, avatar link and manageable-server list for up to one hour, then it is deleted. Signing out deletes it sooner. We do not store your Discord access token, and we do not see your Discord password.

3. The Discord bot

To provide its features the bot stores records in its own database, linked to Discord IDs: private-room membership, relationship and family records (including virtual children), virtual coin balances, careers, reminders, polls, game statistics, reports, moderation actions and appeals, and server settings. These records are not currently shown or editable on the website.

4. Who can see it

The developer can access the bot's database. Server staff can see reports and moderation actions for their own server through Discord. Server administrators can see Discord channels under Discord's own rules. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. The website runs on Cloudflare and sign-in uses Discord, which process data under their own policies.

5. Retention

Website sessions end within one hour. Aspect does not set an automatic expiry for bot records. They are kept until they are deleted or you ask us to delete them.

6. Your requests

Email ivan.mix.2026@gmail.com to ask what Aspect holds about you, or to ask for deletion. We may need to confirm your Discord ID first. We may keep records we need to handle abuse or security problems, or that other people's records depend on.

7. Age

Aspect is for people who meet Discord's minimum age. Virtual children are fictional game items, not real children.

8. Changes

We will update this page and its date when practices change. See also the Terms of Service.
