You need to be the owner or have Manage Server or Administrator permission. Sign out and in again to refresh the list.

Can the website change my bot settings?

Not yet. Controls are marked Unavailable until the bot bridge exists.

Can admins read private relationship data on the website?

No. The dashboard is designed to show settings and diagnostics, not individual relationship records or moderation case contents.
